STORE CREATION AND SETUP
- FREE creation and configuration of your online store by us
- FREE setup of your store's administration panel
- FREE manual addition of your first 2 items by us, OR FREE Importing of your product listings from your e-shop/Etsy shop etc.
- FREE access to all features, tools and material in our Shopkeeper's portal, and participation in our seller rewards.
- Optional product data entry services for up to 40 of your products (paid service)
STORE SETUP FEES
€0 to €55. Store creation is free and includes free importing of all your product listings from your website, or manual creation of 2 listings by us. You can manually add the rest of your items, or we can add them for you for a small fee.

- JCC (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
Order shipping methods available:
- In Cyprus: You can ship your items through GAP Akis Express, with automatically tracked deliveries and discounted shipping rates starting from €2.45. You also have the option to offer Free delivery through your store if you wish (i.e. the shipping expenses will be deducted from your account).
- Internationally: Standard deliveries via Cyprus Postal Services, with manually tracked deliveries worldwide and pre-calculated weight-based shipping rates.
Customer reward schemes included:
- 'Antamivi' by Bank of Cyprus (3%)
- 'Reward coupons' by sKash (5%)
Currently we cover all costs related to customer reward schemes of your store.
Seller support services included:
- Free manual entry of 2 new products each month on your behalf / Importing of your latest products from your e-shop
- Manual entry of new products on your behalf, whenever you request it (optional paid service)
- Customer care services to your customers (through our website and social media pages)
- Reminders for delayed orders or unanswered customer enquiries
- Handling of your order return requests
- Creation of your discount voucher codes (upon request)
- Monthly collection and validation of your completed order payments and processing of your pay out into your bank / PayPal account
- Quick reviewing of your latest product additions for mistakes before they are taken online
- Technical support
- Data hosting and security for up to 350 different product listings
- Live messaging service for direct communication with visitors through our website
- Website maintenance and improvements
Promotional activities included:
- Posting, reposting and sharing of your material on social media
- Publishing of your articles on our blog and 'meet the maker' section
- Collaboration campaigns (e.g. giveaways, competitions)
- Paid advertising of best selling products

Service suspension notice period:
- 2-week notice period before temporary store closure (i.e. holidays)
- 2-month notice period before permanent store closure (i.e. permanent service termination)
FEES & CHARGES
- Annual/Monthly Service Fees: €0
- Annual/Monthly Listing Fees: €0
- Online payment processing charges: 3% on the total value of each order
- Areskee commission charges: 15% on the total items value of each order
VAT applies on the total fees and charges. Total fees and charges amount is deducted automatically from your monthly sales income that is paid into your bank account at the end of each month.
