Ask the seller about a product you saw

Log in with your account, go to the page of the product you are interested in and click the 'Ask the seller' button, (located under the 'Add to basket'). Type in your questions and send them to the seller. You will get notified via email every time the seller sends you a message.


Ask the seller about an order you placed

Log in with your account, go to 'My Orders', open the order you are interested in and click the button "Ask the seller". Type in your questions and send them to the seller. You will get notified via email every time the seller sends you a message.


Ask the shipping company about the delivery

Log in with your account, go to 'My Orders' and open the order you are interested in. There you can find all the details related to the shipment of the order, including the name of the shipping company, the tracking number used for the shipping and the current status of the order. You can use the website of the shipping company to trace the order in real time, or contact their support team if you wish to discuss the delivery of the order with them.
