How Areskee.com works


Navigating Through the Website

You can discover the products featuring on areskee.com by browsing through our different product categories using the relevant menu bar or by using the search box. Both of these can be found at the top of every page of the website and the products listed are from all stores selling on areskee.

Alternatively, you can visit the storefront of any store (e.g. www.areskee.com/palebluedot) to view just their products and find out more about them.


Registering with Us

In order save a product in your wish list, or add it to your basket before placing an order through areskee.com, you first need to have an active account with us. Creating an account is a very simple process that only takes a few seconds, by simply filling in our registration form. Shortly after you create your account you will receive an email with an activation link. To activate your account, you simply need to click the activation link in the email.

Once you have successfully registered, you can log into the website by clicking the man-shaped button at the top right hand corner of any page, and then clicking the "SIGN IN" button. That's it, you can now place your first order!


Placing an Order

To place an order, you first need to be logged in and have at least one items in your basket. You can then checkout by entering your billing and shipping address details, and then selecting shipping method and payment method for the purchase. If the payment method you chose is either "By Card" or "PayPal", once you submit your order you will be re-directed to the portal of JCC or PayPal to complete the payment. Shortly afterwards you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.

Please note that, no matter which store(s) you are buying from, all orders you place on areskee.com are subjected to the same Policies and Terms of Use.


Preparation & Shipment of your Items by the Seller(s)

Any order that you place through us is received, reviewed, prepared and shipped to you directly by the store that sells the items you are purchasing.

On areskee you can purchase items from multiple stores with a single checkout and a single payment. During the checkout process, you can choose a different shipping method for each store (since each store will ship their own items separately), but you only need to pay once because your payment is processed by us and not by each store separately.

Currently, all orders within Cyprus are shipped by GAP Akis Express and our customers have the option to collect the order from their nearest GAP Akis Express branch, or have it delivered to their door.

Orders from outside Cyprus are shipped with Cyprus Postal Services (standard, recorded delivery) and are typically delivered to your nearest post office.

When you place an order, you will receive an email notification once the store starts preparing your order and also when your order has been dispatched by the store. For shipments within Cyprus, a third notification is typically also sent once you order has reached your nearest collection point and is available for collection.


Asking a Question

If you have question or comment for the seller about an order you already placed, you can easily submit your question through the page of that order, which your can find in your list of orders (https://areskee.com/orders/). Your question will be received by the relevant store who will respond to it directly through the website and you will be notified by email once you receive a response from them.

In case you have a generic question about a product or about our services, would like to leave us some feedback/recommendations, ask us a question about anything related to our website, or raise a complaint, please contact us directly by either through the "Contact Customer Care" page (which you can find at the bottom of any page, under section "SHOPPING WITH US") or by emailing us at customer.care@areskee.com.


Returning an Item

All returnable items sold by any store on areskee.com are subjected to the same Return Policy, the same process and the same 15-day return period.
